PMD issues revised curfew notice
May 24, 2020- Travel between districts except in Colombo and Gampaha permitted from May 26
Revising the curfew notice announced on May 22, the President’s Media Division (PMD) has issued an updated version for all districts.
Accordingly, travel between districts except in Colombo and Gampaha districts will be permitted from May 26 onwards. Further, curfew in all districts will be in-force from 10.00 pm to 4.00 am following day on daily basis, starting from May 26, until further notice.
PMD also states, previously announced countrywide curfew on Sunday (24) and Monday (25) will be lifted by 4.00 am Tuesday (26).
