Pandemic Control Operations
October 25, 2020The Tri-Forces and Police are conducting operations to contain the spread of Coronavirus in the island by untiringly engaging in identifying the virus hit patients and sending their close contacts for quarantine to the Tri-Forced managed quarantine centres established around the country.
According to Sri Lanka’s Epidemiology Unit statistics, the total number of patients has been increased. 866 cases were reported on 23 October, making it the highest number of cases reported on a single day in the country. The dotted blue curve on the graph below denotes the number of patients increased.
