Arrested Arms and Ammunitions
November 30, 2020The SL Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and STF are on alert on illegal weapons and ammunition during the past week. Operations in search of illegal firearms are underway in keeping with the government's vision to curb underworld activates.
Accordingly, 26 locally manufactured weapons, nine illegally smuggled weapons, one weapon accessory, 85 bombs, and 1527 rounds were nabbed and arrested a total of 18 persons.
