Army Commander Calls on Secretary Defence
November 22, 2019The Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva made a call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Major General (Rtd) Kamal Gunaratne WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc MPhil at the Ministry, today (22 November 2019).
During the cordial meeting, the Army Commander extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Secretary Defence.
Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion.
