Terrorist gunned down - Jaffna
Troops deployed in the forward areas of Jaffna theatre
of operations yesterday (Nov 27) gunned down an LTTE cadre.
According to the battlefield sources, the snipers had
targeted the LTTE cadre, detected ahead of the Kilaly forward boundary
during the morning hours.
Meanwhile sources added that soldiers are
consolidating their positions along the forward boundary despite
torrential rains. |
