Foundation laid for the 'Real Star' winner's house
foundation was laid for the comfortable house which has been planned to
be constructed with a cost of Rs 150 million to award the winner of 'Ranaviru
Real Star' singing competition. Mr. Lakshman Hulugalle the Director
General of the Media Centre for National Security ceremonially laid the
foundation for the house at the auspicious time in Battaramulla -
Thalangama Yesterday morning (01).
The Ranaviru Real Star singing competition has been
organized by the Ministry of Defence with a purpose of creating an arena
for the valiant war heroes to exhibit their aesthetic talents in a
peaceful atmosphere. The winner in the final round of the 'Ranaviru Real
Star' singing competition will be awarded with a well- furnished
comfortable modern house. The house is constructed by the Sri Lanka
Major General Ubaya Medawela the Military Spokesman
and several other distinguish guests also attended in this occasion.
