Troops assist to douse wildfire

[June 22 2016]

Army troops doused a wildfire which broke out at the Dikarawa forest reserve in Ella Divisional Secretariat area on Friday (17th June). Troops attached to112 Brigade of the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) rushed to the reserve on being alerted of the issue and managed to put out the fire and contain it from spreading to other parts of the forest.
