Bus bomb explosion at Hikkaduwa.

LTTE triggered bus bomb exploded at Godagama near Hikkaduwa, at 02.35 p.m. on 06th January 2007.

Casualty figures are yet to be confirmed said the Hikkaduwa Police sources. Meanwhile, the Police sources inform the general public to use alternative routes, as the Colombo - Matara, main traffic flow has been obstructed at Seenigama - Godagama.

The explosion was triggered inside a Colombo bound private coach from Matara, bearing No - HZ 1709.
