Leading businessman contributes to build a new house for war heroes As a gesture of expressing gratitude for the war heroes who have sacrificed their limbs for defending the motherland, Managing Director of Natural Food and Chemical (Export) Limited, Mr M.K.J Jayarathna, has financially sponsored for constructing a new house for a war hero. Initially Rs 500,000/= handed over on 30th April to the chairperson of the Defence Ministry's Seva Vanith Unit (SVU), Mrs Ioma Rajapaksa, to commence the construction of the house. A few officials of the Ministry's Seva Vanitha Unit also present at the occasion.
