Curfew in Jaffna Completely lifted for Nallur festival Security Forces in Jaffna considering the mammoth crowd of devotees flocking the annual ongoing Nallur Kovil festival beginning Tuesday (17) evening, completely lifted curfew hours that was in force between 12 midnight and 4.00 a.m. in the Jaffna peninsula.
