Vietnam delegation calls on Commander of the Navy A delegation representing the Ministry of Defence, Vietnam called on the Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Thisara Samarasinghe yesterday (09th Nov 2009). Leader of the delegation Colonel Pham van Hoanh, Deputy Chief of Staff -Navy Force accompanied by Colonel Trieu Duc Hoa and Mr. Phan Tien Tho met with the Commander of the Navy at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo this morning. The Commander of the Navy held discussions with the Vietnam delegation on matters of mutual interests and exchanged mementos with Colonel Pham van Hoanh to mark the occasion.
