Turkish Defence Attache calls on Commander of the Navy Visiting Turkish Defence Attache Colonel Birol Saglam called on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy Vice Admiral Thisara Samarasinghe at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo on 20th July 2010.
