Japanese Ambassador on Disarmament meets Secretary

[June 11 2018]

Ambassador Nobushige Takamizawa, Permanent Representative of Japan to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva made a courtesy call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. Kapila Waidyaratne PC, today (11 June).

The Secretary and Ambassador Takamizawa had cordial discussions during the meeting.

Military Liaison Officer of the MOD Major General DAR Ranawaka, Head of the Arms Trade Treaty Secretariat, Mr. Dumisani DLADLA, First Secretary, Permanent Representative of Japan to the Conference on Disarmament, Ms. Yoko Owatari and First Secretary, Head of Political Section of the Japanese Embassy, Mr. Kiishiro IWASE were also present at the occasion.
