Army commences training 50,000 graduates
September 14, 2020Sri Lanka Army (SLA) has commenced training 50,000 graduates, who have been recently recruited to the public sector, at its training centres, today (14).
Issuing a press release, SLA said training would be given in 51 countrywide Army Training Centres including Security Force Headquarters, Regimental levels and at its Training Schools.
SLA says the program coordinated and supervised by all Security Forces Headquarters levels will be closely monitored by the Defence Ministry.
Leadership, team-building, management, project work, innovation, working flexibility, visualization and field studies would be the key areas intended to be covered while enhancing the knowledge on objectives of the government mechanism.
