Shavendra Silva requested the public not to panic and stockpiling goods while urging them to avoid congested gatherings to prevent further virus spread, while issuing a statement at the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) last evening (Oct 28).
He said these views while reminding the quarantine curfew to be imposed within the Western Province from 12 midnight today (Oct 29) until 5.00 a.m. on 2 November.
