Outgoing Indian Assistant Defence Advisor meets Defence Secretary

The Defence Secretary conveyed his gratitude to Lt. Col. Mishra for his cooperation with the Defence Ministry and Tri-Forces during his tenure in Sri Lanka.
Mementos were exchanged to mark the occasion and the Defence Secretary extended warm wishes for his future endeavours.
