Anti-drugs Operations
January 18, 2021The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic Bureau conducted anti-drugs operations last week and arrested a total of 32 persons, including drug peddlers, following effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 01.36 kilos and 415 milligrams of Heroin, 17 kilos and 10 grams of local Cannabis, 04.218 kilos and 467 milligrams of Karala Cannabis, 20 milligrams of Ice, 367 litres and 200 millilitres of Goda and 12 litres and 675 millilitres of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
