Countrywide curfew on May 24 and 25 - PMD
May 22, 2020President’s Media Division (PMD) issuing a curfew notice short while ago said, island-wide curfew will be imposed on May 24 and 25.
Countrywide curfew will be imposed, except Colombo and Gampaha districts, from 8.00 pm on Saturday (May 23) to 5.00 am on Tuesday (May 26). Further, curfew in these districts will be in-force again from 8.00 pm to 5.00 am the following day until further notice.
Normalcy announced in Colombo and Gampaha districts amidst curfew, is in-force on May 23 and 26 accordingly. Curfew conditions indicated in previous curfew notices remain unchanged.
