Twenty-five drug addicts sent for rehabilitation after quarantine
May 08, 2020Twenty-five drug addicts, who had completed quarantine at the Galkanda quarantine center, were transferred to the Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre for Drug Addicts in Kandakadu on Wednesday (May 06).
The individuals were directed for rehabilitation following a court ruling from the Polonnaruwa Magistrate.
They would undergo an eight-months rehabilitation process, including vocational training to according to their education and skills.
