256 people leave SLAF quarantine center in Mullaittivu
May 11, 2020A total of 256 civilians completed three weeks quarantine at the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) managed quarantine facility in Mullaittivu, yesterday (May 10).
The civilians who had completed quarantine included 225 males and 31 females from the Gunasinghapura area in Colombo.
According to SLAF, 77 civilians left for homes while 48 others found to be drug addicts were directed to the Rehabilitation Centre at Kandakadu. In addition, 50 individuals had been sent to elderly homes and 30 others directed to the Ridigama Hospital for elders.
Further, 51 persons who lacked sufficient vocational skills were directed for projects as apprentices.
