Presidential Task Force to ensure health security of Tri-forces visits Jaffna
May 14, 2020Presidential Task Force to prevent coronavirus among Tri-Forces headed by Marshal of the Air Force Roshan Goonetileke, Governor of Western Province made a field visit to all Armed Forces establishments in the Jaffna peninsula from 12-13 May.
The visit by the Task Force members intended to inspect all military establishments and providing instructions on measures to be taken to prevent coronavirus infection among Tri -Forces personnel who are directly committed in controlling the spread of coronavirus pandemic.
Admiral (Retd) Jayantha Perera, Major General (Retd) Sumedha Perera, Rear Admiral (Retd) Ananda Peiris and Dr. Kapila Jayarathna were also among the members of the Task Force.
