Anti-drugs Operations
November 16, 2020The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic Bureau conducted anti-drugs operations last week and arrested a total of 41 persons, including drug peddlers, following effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 131 grams and 315 milligrams of Heroin, 11.415 kilos of local Cannabis, 111.017 kilos of Karala Cannabis, 03.044 kilos and 770 milligrams of Ice, 1330.75 litres of Goda and 447 bottles of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
