Anti-drugs Operations
June 07, 2021The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic Bureau conducted anti-drugs operations last week and arrested a total of 37 persons, including drug peddlers, following effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 91 grams and 619 milligrams of Heroin, 43 grams and 45 milligrams of local Cannabis, 260 kilos 645 grams and 485 milligrams of Kerala Cannabis, 08 grams and 795 milligrams of Ice, 170 litres of Goda and 3.750 litres of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
