June 07, 2021The troops of the Sri Lanka armed forces continue to appeared last week along the polluting substance contaminated coastal belt to strengthen the efforts to mitigate the pollution and environmental hazards triggered over the ill-fated vessel, MV X-Press Pearl.
A team comprising several senior diving officers of the Sri Lanka Navy conducted a special diving operation to inspect the hull area of the wreaked ship for fuel leakages on 06 June.
