Seva Vanitha Chairperson visits 'Mihindu Seth Medura'
June 07, 2019Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Unit of the Ministry of Defence (MoD SVU) Mrs. Soniya Kottegoda made a visit to the 'Mihindu Seth Medura' the healing home for disable War Heroes in Attitidiya, today morning (07 June 2019).
During her visit the Chairperson took time to talk with the inmates and also distributed gift parcels to inmates, which were sponsored by Prima Ceylon Limited,Uniliver company and by Mr. Sujeewa Prasannaarachchi.
Chairperson also proceeded to visit the facilities of the institute and looked into the various welfare facilities afforded to the inmates.
Members of the MoD SVU and 'Mihindu Seth Medura' staff members were also present at the occasion.
