Navy Commander calls on the State Minister
January 04, 2019The Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva made a call on the State Minister of Defence, Hon. Ruwan Wijewardene, today (04 January 2019).
A cordial discussion was held between the State Minister and the Navy Commander during the meeting.
Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion.
