Wearing masks when travelling compulsory - Police
April 11, 2020Wearing face masks by all authorised persons with valid curfew passes travelling on the road will be compulsory from today, Sri Lanka Police announced today.
All Police station in the country have been informed about the new decision last night according to Police sources.
Police Spokesman SP Jaliya Senaratne has requested everyone traveling on the roads to wear a face mask from today.
Meanwhile, all employees of the Western and indigenous medical fields are now allowed to use their service ID as curfew passes, he said.
