Leadership Enrichment Programme for INSS Staff
February 23, 2023The Institute of National Security Studies conducted a Leadership Enrichment Programme on 17th of February 2023 to empower the members of the staff with the desired acquaintance, which help to master the leadership attributes.
The leadership lecture was delivered by the Director Media & Spokesman of the Ministry of Defence, Colonel M B B Nalin Herath RSP.
During his lecture he highlighted the five C’s encompass the key leadership traits that are considered the bedrock of effective leadership including Character, Commitment, Courage, Confidence, and Communication.
