War Heroes Flag pinned on Defence Secretary
May 04, 2023The War Heroes Flag was pinned on Defence Secretary Gen. Kamal Gunaratne on Wednesday (May 03).
A delegation of the Ranaviru Seva Authority (RSA) led by the Chairman Maj. Gen. Nandana Senadheera (Retd) pinned the flag on the Defence Secretary during a meeting held at the Ministry of Defence premises in Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte.
RSA officials including Director Maj. Gen. Kithsiri Ekanayake (Retd), Brigadier Roshan Thirimanna, Lt. Col. Rakshitha Liyanage and Maj. Anoj De Silva were also present at the occasion.
