Army setups an ICC in Kantale
May 12, 2021Sri Lanka Army converted the Kantale Youth Centre to an Intermediate Care Centre (ICC) adding 150 beds recently.
The facility is now prepared for treatments according to the Army sources.
The project was completed under the supervision of Commander Security Forces-East Maj. Gen. Channa Weerasuriya on the directions of the Army Commander Gen. Shavendra Silva.
The District Secretary and the Regional Director of Health Services for Trincomalee supported the cause, the Army said.
