No Tsunami threat to SL
May 14, 2021An earthquake has experienced near Sumatra Island in the Indian Ocean, said the Meteorology Department today (14) adding that there is no tsunami threat to Sri Lanka.
Further, the alert said the coastal areas of Sri Lanka are declared safe.
Public is further informed that this message is announced in consultation with relevant national and international agencies.
