Army receives 10 ICU beds
May 18, 2021Upfield Sri Lanka Pvt Ltd donated 10 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds yesterday (May 17) to the Army for the use of the biggest COVID-19 Hospital in Seeduwa that provides the best emergency healthcare for Sri Lankans free of charge.
The SLA said the Country Head and Customer Development Director Anuruddha Aluvihare symbolically presented a bed to Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak, Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army Gen. Shavendra Silva, at the Army Headquarters.
