SLN and STF nabbed Cannabis
May 22, 2021The Sri Lanka Navy (SLN), with the assistance of the Special Task Force (STF) nabbed a suspect with 01 kilo and 450 grams of cannabis during a special raid carried out in Mannar on Thursday (May 20).
This suspect was nabbed with Kerala cannabis made ready to be sold, the SLN said.
The lawbreaker has been identified as a resident of Selwa Nagar in Mannar, aged 21.
The suspect was handed over to the Mannar Police for onward actions, the SLN also said.
The entire operation was conducted adhering to healthcare guidelines, the SLN confirmed.
