Military led rescue missions for flood affected people
June 06, 2021Search and rescue operations in Attanagalla, Ketakalapitiya areas were commenced by the Sri Lanka Army following the rising water levels reported from the Attanagalu Oya.
Meanwhile, the Navy has rescued 66 flood victims in Gampaha and Kalutara districts.
The Tri Forces carried out the emergency operations on the directives of the Defence Ministry.
