Chairperson heads the 2nd Executive Committee Meeting
June 29, 2019The 2nd Executive Committee Meeting of the Seva Vanitha Unit of the Ministry was held, yesterday (28 June) at the ministry. The meeting was chaired by the Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Unit of the Ministry of Defence (MoD SVU) Mrs. Soniya Kottegoda.
The meeting commenced with observing of a two-minute silence in memory of the fallen War Heroes. Matters relating to the future welfare projects of the MoD SVU were taken up for discussion at the meeting.
Director Finance of MoD Mrs AATK Adikari, Executive secretaries of the tri forces, Police and Civil Security Department seva vanitha units, Assistant Military License Officer (Army) Colonel ON Manage and MoD SVU members were also present at the occasion.
