Indian Army Chief to arrive in the country tomorrow
October 11, 2021Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army (COAS) General Manoj Mukund Naravane, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, ADC is scheduled to arrive in the country on a five-day goodwill visit on Tuesday (Oct 12).
Leading a five member delegation, the visiting Indian Army chief is expected to meet on the President, Prime Minister, State Minister of National Security, Defence Secretary, Secretary to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and tri forces commanders during his stay in the country.
Accompanied by Mrs Veena Naravane, the visiting dignitary will also be present to witnesses the final demonstration of the bilateral 'Mitra Shakti' exercise at Maduru Oya Special Forces Training School.
