Tri forces personnel promoted to next rank on Victory Day
May 19, 2022A total of 396 Army, 74 Navy and 450 Air Force officers were promoted to the next substantive rank by their respective commanders on the approval of HE the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defence to coincide with the Victory Day.
In addition 8110 Army, 2010 Navy and 3361 Air Force other rank personnel were also promoted to the next ranks/rates.
