Army Players Champion Canoeing & Kayaking
June 07, 2022Army participants in the National Canoeing & Kayaking Competition - 2022 organized by the Sri Lanka Canoeing & Kayaking National Association carried away the overall championship in the tournament that got under at Diyawanna waters during 3 - 5 June.
Sri Lanka Army players (male) won 10 Gold medals, 8 Silver Medals and 4 Bronze Medals in the tournament to claim the Championship. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Army woman players grabbing 8 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze medal won the Championship in the national tournament.
In the recent past years, Army players have won this tournament continuously having achieved championship in all events.
