MINUSMA Force Commander visits SL Camp in Mali
June 10, 2022UN Contingent Force Commander in Mali (MINUSMA), Lt. Gen. Cornelis Johannes Matthijssen recently visited the Sri Lankan Combat Convoy Company (SLCCC), deployed in Mali.
Commanding Officer of the SLCCC Lieutenant Colonel Dinesh Bulathsinhala warmly received Lt. Gen. Matthijssen and updated him on the role and specific CCC assignments, the Army sources said.
During the tour, the Force Commander had an interaction with the CCC troops while appreciating the service of the SLCCC, the Army added.
