Premitha Bandara Thennakoon appointed as Acting Minister of Defence
September 26, 2022State Minister of Defence Premitha Bandara Thennakoon has been appointed as the Acting Minister of Defence, the President Media Division (PMD) said.
Five State Ministers including the State Minister of Defence have been appointed as Acting Ministers and they will be in charge of respective Ministries during the period of official overseas tour of Hon. President Ranil Wickremesinghe, the PMD confirmed.
