Navy rescues person drowning Kelani River
April 19, 2020Sri Lanka Navy (SLN) rescued a person who was drowning in the Kelani River close to New Kelani Bridge, Peliyagoda today (19).
The 30-year-old drowning victim was detected to a SLN boat patrolling along the river.
Grandpass Police is conducting further investigations into the incident.
